Since the end of the 2000s, Myroslav has architected and operated Linux, storage, networking, SRE, and Kubernetes at scale, the infrastructure a managed cloud abstracts away. From 2017 to 2026 he worked with a regional cloud provider and managed-service provider, latterly as its Lead Enterprise Architect. He designed, built, hardened and led Day-2 operations for more than twenty dedicated Kubernetes clusters, along with the bare metal and distributed storage underneath them. That work has run in regulated sectors, where an outage is a reportable event and the architecture has to survive an audit as well as a peak.
He founded Tech Evolvers in 2024 to do that work directly: build production platforms teams can actually own and run, then operate them to a defined standard. Senior enough to set the strategy, and still on the keyboard to run the control plane.

Program Co-Chair and Co-Organizer Kubernetes Austin CNCF chapter. Reviews speaker proposals and selects what makes the program, for one of the larger regional Kubernetes communities.

Program Committee member KubeCon + CloudNativeCon India 2026. Peer review and scoring of submitted talks, the judging that decides which reach the conference stage. Formed the Security track.

Fellowships and recognition
Fellow grade at three professional bodies, each admitted on expert review rather than application.

Fellow, The Institution of Analysts and Programmers A UK professional body for software development. Its highest membership grade, conferred by the Trustee Board on outstanding professionals who exceed the requirements for Member by a substantial margin after a working life in positions of substantial responsibility.

Fellow, The Institute of Leadership The most senior of the Institute’s professional membership grades. Fellows are admitted in the judgement of the Institute’s Fellowship Panel, on evidence that the applicant has operated as a senior manager at a strategic level for at least three years, independently attested by someone who can speak to it.

Fellow, Hackathon Raptors The association’s most selective membership, admitted by peer review of five existing Fellows, requiring a proven record of technological impact sustained over five or more continuous years.
